We are often challenged with the tast to completely renovate a home for clients who have purchased in a location they love, but maybe would like to update the flooring, paint the walls, add new light fixtures, update plumbing and electrical, add new kitchen, bathroom renovations, etc.

Being a licensed General contractor with over 40 years of experience, we have completed thousands of these projects over the years. On this particular property, this was a rental the client wanted a modern look, with zero to little maintenance to be done on the property over the years. We updated the Flooring to Tile, with a wood finished look, new tile walk in showers, so they wouldn't have to refinish or worry about damaged plastic insert tubs, and new plumbing and electrical so the house could maintenance more than the required usage for the home's new updated appliances and fixtures.

New Tile floor installed, new doors, new trim and electrical outlets, new fan with lights, new walk in shower, toilet, and vanity installed. we removed the popcorn and refinished the drywall on the walls and ceilings before painting in the color "silver bullet"
